Office Timesheets and Office Timesheets On Demand display issues when using with Mozilla Firefox
There are a few visual display issues you may experience when using either Office Timesheets and/or Office Timesheets On Demand with Mozilla Firefox. While these issues do not affect functionality we have provided explanations for why users may be experiencing them below:

Q: Why do I see "XX" in the several fields throughout the application?

A: Due to a known bug in Firefox users may see "XX" in a text field. This is only a cosmetic issue that can be cleared by entering valid information into the field. The information entered by the user will not be deleted or overwritten by the "XX" once pertinent information is entered and saved. For more information on this issue please review the following link, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=382600. Users will see this issue on Firefox version 2.0.0.4. A fix for this bug has been implemented in Firefox version 2.0.0.5. and users of this version will no longer experience this issue.

Q: Why is there no scroll bar in several places within the application?

A: Due to a know bug in Firefox users may not be able to view scroll bar(s) on several pages within Office Timesheets. To work around this issue user can use the scroll wheel on the mouse itself to scroll up and down so that the whole page can be accessed and viewed. This is not a result of an Office Timesheets or Office Timesheets On Demand design. Our Developers has taken every measurement to ensure that every dialog box is opened in area that does not encounter an inactive scrollbar. Currently Firefox does not have a fix to this issue.

Q: When multiple "Note" entries are created, saved and hovered over by the mouse pointer, the message displayed does not wrap around correctly?

A: The issue is related with Firefox behavior. The correct way Office Timesheets and/or Office Timesheets On Demand displays multiple notes is to have the notes perform a wrap around which allow for distinct separation between each Note entries. Users of the Macintosh will be primarily affected by this bug. Firefox users for the PC will be able to view the notes in a proper wrapping format. For more information on this issue please review the following link https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=358452 . There is no information on when Firefox will release a version with fixes for this issue.
