Why do I receieve a "Count of assigned user accounts exceeds registered count of licenses" message within the "User Accounts" screen?
Answer
This message will appear within Office Timesheets for two reasons.

1. The licenses purchased is fewer then the licenses set up within the Office Timesheets or Office Timesheets On Demand installation when initially created during the trial period. The additional users will need to be removed or the additional licenses must be purchased for the extra users.

2. The Office Timesheets On Demand application previously had an amount of users that has been decreased without decreasing the actual users within the application. As soon as the monthly billing cycle lapses the application will recognize the additional licenses in comparison to the licenses purchased for the account. You will be taken to this screen immediately to remove the additional users.
