Adding / Decreasing licenses for Office Timesheets On Demand
Additional monthly user licenses can be purchased directly through your Office Timesheets On Demand online account. You may also decrease your monthly license count from the same administrative area.

1) Log into the Office Timesheets On Demand login console as the account Administrator.

2) Click on the "Account Administration" tab.




3) Select the "Add/Decrease Licenses" option.




4) Adjust for the desired amount of licenses in the "Change licenses to:" field




5) Enter the appropriate billing information in the "Credit Card Info" fields.

6) Click "Submit" to process to adjustment.




The message "Order was processed successfully" will appear if the transaction is successful. A corresponding order number will be displayed for the transaction and the license count will reflect the updated amount of licenses in the "Current Licenses" section.

If a message says that the purchase was NOT successful then the adjustment was not approved. The license count will not be adjusted and will continue to reflect the previous amount of licenses. For additional assistance, contact our Office Timesheets Sales Department at 866-425-0800.
