Why are there multiple charges on my credit card statement from Lookout Software in the same billing period?
Answer
Lookout Software charges and collects monthly licensing fees in advance for use of the Office Timesheets On Demand service. The initial charges will be equal to the number of total User Licenses requested at the time of purchase, multiplied by the User License fee currently in effect, the amount of which is pro-rated for the remainder of the month in which you initially sign up for the Service. Subsequent charges will be automatically processed on the 1st of each month and billed to the credit card on file. The sum of the multiple charges will be equal to the number of total active User Licenses multiplied by the User License fee currently in effect.

The same process will be repeated if/when you choose to add licenses to your account.
