Installations of Office Timesheets that are covered under the Office Timesheets Annual Maintenance & Upgrade Protection plan have access to Office Timesheets technical support and free product upgrades for the duration of the plan.
Pricing for the Office Timesheets Maintenance & Upgrade Protection Plan is 20% of the Office Timesheets licensing fee, OR a minimum of $199.90 per year, whichever is greater. When less than 10 licenses of Office Timesheets are purchased and the minimum Maintenance & Upgrade Protection Plan fee of $199.90 is charged, additional licenses of Offie Timesheets may be purchased at a later date and will be covered by the existing Maintenance & Upgrade Plan in place, not to exceed 10 licenses. If the license count exceeds 10 licenses additional charges will be assessed to cover the licenses under Maintenance & Upgrade Protection.
