This message is a result of the Virtual Directory not configured for ASP .NET 2.0.50727 in IIS. To configure this setting properly right click on the "My Computer" icon and select "Manage".
Expand "Services and Applications", "Internet Information Services", "Web Sites", "Default Web Site", highlight your Virtual Directory ("OTS" by default), right click and select "Properties".
Then navigate to ASP.NET tab and from ASP.NET version drop down list choose version of ASP .NET 2.0.50727. After making the selection click on"Apply" and "OK".
Next ASP .NET will require a restart. The safest way to perform this is within the command prompt and using the iisapp command. To perform this command go to "Start", "Run" and type in cmd . At the command prompt type in cd \Windows\system32 and hit the "Enter" key. Next type in iisapp and hit the "Enter" key. When the AppPoolId: OTS displays type in IIsApp /a DefaultAppPool /r which will recycle the specified application pool.
Lastly, open a web browser and enter in your Office Timesheets login URL and the login page will load properly. |  |
