How to "Suspend" an Office Timesheets On Demand account
If a user wants to discontinue use of Office Timesheets and no longer wishes to be billed for the next billing cycle the Office Timesheets On Demand Account must be "Suspended" the day before the next Month's billing cycle begins.
While logged in as Administrator choose the "Account Administration" tab
Select the "Account Status" button
From the drop down box choose "Suspend" and hit the "Submit" button
Select the "OK" button when the message below appears
Click on the "Account Overview" button to verify the "Next Billing" field has been marked "Billing Cancelled"
